The strains of today’s financial crisis coupled with the grind of everyday living make us take our wellbeing for granted. Payable for a period of10 years, Sun First Aid costs from as little as P556 per month, or less than P19 a day. With Sun First Aid, three important aspects of personal healthcare are covered: hospitalization, protection and a money back option of all payments made at the end of 10th year whether you get hospitalized or not.

Hospitalization benefits ensures that income is still coming in, which can supplement the money or the savings one has to use while in treatment:

DAILY HOSPITAL INCOME - income from the date the Insured is hospitalized
LONG TERM HOSPITAL INCOME - additional income if hospitalization exceeds 30 days
INTENSIVE CARE UNIT INCOME - additional income in case of confinement in the ICU
SURGICAL BENEFIT - reimbursement of surgical expenses

Protection benefits have life insurance coverage, accident coverage, and a total disability benefit where premiums are waived when the insured becomes totally and permanently disabled. Another augmentation feature of Sun First Aid is its money back option of all payments made where 50% to 75% of annual premiums paid can be redeemed at the end of the policy whether claims have been made or not.

Sun MaxiLink Dollar One is a dollar-denominated, investment-linked life insurance product that lets you boost the value of your dollars by investing into global funds. With NO UPFRONT CHARGES, your dollars are fully invested to achieve the best possible returns while you enjoy financial security and peace of mind with its life insurance coverage*.

With Sun MaxiLink Dollar One, you can reap rewards when you keep your policy active for at least ten (10) years. Starting at the end of the 10th policy anniversary and every five (5) years thereafter, you may receive a Loyalty Bonus** that is currently equal to 2% of the average monthly fund balance of the preceding 5 years.

What’s more, application is hassle-free with its Guaranteed Issue Offer, subject to applicable limits and conditions.  

**Life insurance coverage shall be equivalent to 125% of the single premium, less 125% of withdrawals made, until age 88. For policies issued under the guaranteed issue offer, the death benefit shall be limited to the fund value plus insurance charges paid in case of the insured’s untimely demise within two (2) years after the policy issue date, except if death is due to accident.

Sun Acceler8 is a protection and savings plan that provides guaranteed cash benefits at specific periods throughout the duration of the policy plus a lump sum maturity benefit at the end of 20 years.
